URGENT: Executed Orders not reflecting in Positions

Hi,

Experiencing an issue. Executed orders are not getting reflected in Positions since market open. For example, bought reliance and zydus life call option. Orders were executed, but positions are not updated. Please help.

Fifth successive day of there being an issue with the order/margins being displayed at Market Open. Sort this out guys!

Nothing is reflecting- dashboard, positions, bids, funds…

Due to an intermittent issue, some of our users are not able to see executed orders in the orderbook. However, the executed orders are updated on the positions page. We’re working on fixing this and regret the inconvenience caused.

Its a misleading statement.

Nothing is showing up in all of the tabs. Not even holdings.
I can access certain strikes, but other strikes I can’t.
All tabs are blank; that is just white space from top to bottom

Every day is intermittent issue for you guys, sorry to say but you have failed big time. This really sucks and opportunity costs is huge for people like me…

Not just that, some executions were also getting missed. I had to resend and for a time it was not clear what was happening and whether duplicate order was getting created. 5+mins of hell. I only trade via api so this is more than just KITE. After first 5-6 mins, it seems to be ok for me.

I had 3 orders entry orders. 1 may have gone through initially but only executed after 90 seconds of delay. Rest 2 never happened and i had to send again after lots of delay.

Some errors -

URGENT: Now the whole platform seems to have gone Kaput. No positions, No order visibility. Nothing. Errors Recieved: Positions couldn’t be loaded. Error fetching positions. (GeneralException); Gateway timed out.

Today we have to play blindfolded.

Couple of orders got executed. Reflecting in positions. Now not able to see my margin. Also not able to place any order.

Big movement either side and I am screwed. Just hoping that nifty stays in 100 points range.

This is seriously disappointing from zerodha !! It’s been 50 minutes and nothing !! Does zerodha not know the value of time here ???
