Is call n trade working?

1.) Position showing my SL order got executed
2.) Orders showing, it is pending
3.) Tried to exit my position, but got this message “Your order was not placed as we are currently facing connectivity issues. Please try again in some time.”
4.) I am not sure, if the previous order was sent to exchange or not…Can’t see correct positions, orders and can’t exit positions.
I have short MIS Positions, please fix this issue today, otherwise auction penalty @Meher_Smaran
I punched 2 test limit orders . margin was blocked only for 1
now im not able to cancel them. If possible can you cancel them please

Some of my orders got cancelled, some got executed. Due to wrong reflection of order history on positions page, I entered more positions wrongly and on refreshing the page the status keeps changing. Now I am not sure what trades I have actually done. Total mess.

Are the losses typically covered by broker in this case if the trading terminal does not work ?
Im going to skip trading today. I hope tmrw it will be fixed

bought 43500 pe at 172. Not able to exit at 235. Still holding. What if it turns into a loss. Will zerodha take responsibility ?

Update [11:38 AM]: Affected users will be able to exit their open positions.
As a precautionary measure, affected clients can only exit positions. Trading activity remains unaffected for the rest of our users.
We will keep you posted on further updates.
Can all open orders for new positions be cancelled?
Also is trade and call allowed for us?
Can we work on creating more transparency as to how this happens and what thought process the ones “not” affected should do?
With general statement, everyone will stop trading.
What % of clients with atleast 1 order in the day have been affected etc?
Are the accounts on different servers and only a specific # of servers affected etc?
i’m not getting confidence to trade, so what should encourage me to know i am not next.
