I dont think so … position tab is still not stable.
@nithin : I think you should stop onbaording new clients until you have stable platform . Every day we can’t hear same excuse that its for some unforseen things which is out of Zerodha’s hand, enough is enough!!! Today was total disaster. The opportunity cost it had cost is enormous.

Brother, Can I trust you and try or wait for proper confirmation before placing another order? Because I don’t see accountability from the other side.
Don’t criticise ZERODHA. They are trying to be the first one out there to give us access to the IRRA platform.

I believe this silence is concerning, No 1 broker doesn’t have No 1 support and tech is very alarming.

It took me 10 orders to exit my 4 orders.
Reason: The moment i tried exiting my open positions they didnt. And after a moment it did. And another moment the exited orders popped up again as open position and i had to exit again. And dont know what the heck happened it started showing 10 orders in order section and finally all the positions were closed.
Minor loss and extra brokerage and taxes.
The support never cared to respond.
What is the use of support team and its not available in the crisis.
How will Zerodha explain this.

Can we please have CEO, COO and CTO back to running business or are they already moved to other things?
Faced this issue today, my FnO order was placed successfully but it didn’t reflect on my Positions immediately, it took 4mins to reflect for which I ended from profit to loss of -9,460. Couldn’t close my position nor could place SL and hence ended with 9k+ loss.
I tried checking both on web and app, but the trade didn’t reflect on my position and hence I couldn’t exit from my trade. Because of glitch at zerodha app/kite web platform, I ended up in quite a big loss.
Can you plz look into this on priority ? @Meher_Smaran
