Vodafone Idea Limited - Rights Issue

How can we sell the rights issue entitlement, online, and what is the last date for selling the rights?

YES you are right . your bank should be SCSBs for asba application. the list of banks is given on part D of form.

Rights form are traded at huge very huge quantity( some day close to 100 crore shares) at BSE under code no 750620 in R group. last date is 18 April for it to trade as the settlement system is physical mode on ODD LOT SCREEN of BOLT .

from where i can find BOLT.

Bolt is BSE terminal but since it is a physical settlement process most broker do not entertain. kindly call your broker and ask him if he agrees to do giving hime code no and settlement type .

I have contacted then, they are saying they cannot find rights issue shares in my DP account. But i have received communication for the rights issue. Please advice how i shall proceed ?

@Mahima_Vaid ; they are either ignorant/ uninformed or just trying to avoid the issue. how can rights issue be in demat when it is physical settlement whereby you have to hand over the CAF to broker .

I am NRI, as there is no way to apply online I am going to loose my Right Shares - feel cheated by
Vodafone Idea Limited’ s promoters. What the hell SEBI is for…? is there no one to regulate these things?

you have to download the form if not there with you from www.bigshareonline.com and send it by courrier attaching a Mumbai payable demand draft to HDFC fort branch.

@sabkaview @mohitmehra @Niraj_Shukla Just Contacted my Corporation Bank’s Controlling Branch(Capital Market branch) and asked what should i do since my local branch is not listed in SCSBs designated branch for Corp Bank and in answer he said all the branches Of Corporation are designated, they might not be listed on SEBI’s list but they are and then asked me to just fill up the CAF and submit at my local branch and if they can’t do it then ask the branch manager to contact him(controlling branch).
So i think this might be the case with every bank then. even if there bank branch is not listed as SCSBs designated branch then also i think most of the people must contact there branch atleast or their controlling branch.

Visited Axis Bank local branch today with CAF form for ASBA application. They asked me to go the designated branch in the city, which is the one provided in the SEBI list.

It’s pretty far but have no choice

Till now i have visited three branches in chennai (which were listed in the website) but they are not accepting the forms and requesting me to visit another branch, which is very far!!

Do we need to send all the forms? or only PART A is sufficient if i am not renouncing?

why not contact your controlling or capital market branch

Only fill up part A if not renouncing, but the whole CAF will be sent as one

OK! I have filled part A, shall i strike the page for PART B and C?

Just leave them empty

Dear Mohit,

I have trading account with Zerodha linked to my SBI Resident account.

The ASBA option for the Rights issue is not coming up in my SBI account Net banking.

I have not received the CAF by post/ courier either.

The above link is not generating a duplicate application form either. I am receiving ā€œNo recordsā€ message.

What should i do? Please advise.

Thanks!! Do I need to attach any other id proofs?

I am sending the Part A filled form and Cheque… Do i need to send anything else?

Yes Correct
