What does this text mean?

I am having a hard time understanding this sentence. What does “Investments more than 10%” mean?

From what I understand, that would mean if one exits more than 10% of the total investment (as per the current NAV) in less than 12 months time, they would get charged 1% exit load

Taking an example to explain this -
I) Suppose a person invested Rs.100 in a particular MF (assume the NAV was 10 at that time and they got allotted 10 units)
II) A few months later (but before 12 months has passed since the investment), the NAV has increased to 11
III) That person decides to exit 2 out of their 10 allotted units
IV) As the investment being exited is more than 10% and it is being done before 12 months, an exit lot of 1% will be charged as follows -

2 x [11 - (1% of 11) ] = 2 x 10.89 = 21.78

V) Hence they would only get Rs.21.78 instead of Rs.22 as Rs.0.22 has been charged as exit load

This thread explains this in much better detail -

Thanks @Prayag. I understand it now
