Is this how they are running their business nowadays? I liked the tax filling UI last year and that’s why I have come back this year
But they have screwed it big time!!!
Your new version of product sucks. It is missing hell lot of things. YOU took ages and still could not incorporate automatic data fetching from the ITD website and form 16 . Really what have you been doing since so many days? not even Form -3 is launched. Cannot connect to the brokers like Angel One. Totally sucks.
Im also not able to connect to Upstox. Shows Failed everytime. I could connect to ITD through appstore but still option for pre-filling says coming soon. this is the biggest feature of Quicko and its not released yet. @Quicko when this will be made available?
Last two times I filed itr through quicko. It was working good back then. Why would you go from scratch, when you have a working product?
And the most funniest thing @Quicko has done is, they have released the membership plan without any errors and asking people to take memberships. Really your product is not working more than 70% . On what basis you think people will take any membership plan to file taxes. So funny
Is it so really? Any one have membership and can confirm that everything is working for them?
If the free version is made only to work with manual entry, then it would be better to use ITD directly. pls let us know @Quicko @vishvajit_sonagara
Update:
We have released the product this past weekend. We are working through open issues.
Here is a timeline for upcoming releases
- E-filing will be live on June 19th
- Prefill from ITD will be live by June 20th
- ITR-2 by June 24th & ITR-3 by June 28th
We are also on track to add few more brokers, will announce them soon. Excel template import to follow as well. We have worked tirelessly, will continue to do so. Thanks for all your support over the years. I will post updates here.

Thanks. I will wait till June 24th to try ITR2, prefill from ITD, excel import & other features.
But pls anyhow make it live before 30th July so that I can file taxes on time 
my login from Kite to Quicko is no more working since this Saturday, is anyone else facing same issue ?

You will be able to connect your Zerodha account on Quicko. Here are the steps you can follow:

Use the e-maid ID associated with Zerodha to login to Quicko. You can either log in via e-mail OTP or google sign-in.

Click on File > Incomes > Capital gains/Business and Profession > Import from Investments App > Proceed > Zerodha.

Hi, Using the email id and OTP is not working and I demonstrate the same to your team over google meet.
Google sign in option working but what if someone don’t have Gmail id but different email domain.
Also there are issues in syncing the data from zerodha after importing, its duplicating the imported entries in random fashion and I have create the ticket for same.
The option to import from excel is still not ready too.

Yes, for me too. I face two issues, both highlighted here already:
- If I use gmail account to login, I can’t enter the filing screen. On pressing “get started”, it gets into an infinite loop between accounts.quicko.com and it.quicko.com.
- If I login with username password, it logs in but I notice that the feature to pull details from ITD is not yet available (it says coming soon). It is already 21st of June. Not sure, how much longer to wait.
hey @vishvajit_sonagara are you looking to provide feature for import of cams/karvy capital gains statements ? Before 15 July 2024? It’s ok if not on the radar for this year but would appreciate an honest answer. Your team has been helping on email a lot. Regards !
