When will the ITR filing be available on Quicko?

Hi Quicko Team. I am unable to file taxes for ITR3. When will it be enabled?

Website of yours says - Filing for ITR-3 will be enabled shortly.

Can we know when?

Also, I have taken the membership which will expire on 11 July. If i am not able to file before this, I need you to refund my money so that I can go and file on clearTax.

Quicko team, I am an ELITE subscriber of quicko. It’s 22nd june 24 today, and I am still unable to file ITR3. Moreover, even after connecting to ITD site, the deatail are not getting fetched. Kindly confirm by when all the features will be working.emphasized text

We have released the product this past weekend. We are working through open issues.

Here is a timeline for upcoming releases

• Prefill from ITD will be live by June 20th
• ITR-2 by June 24th & ITR-3 by June 28th

We are also on track to add few more brokers, will announce them soon. Excel template import to follow as well. We have worked tirelessly, will continue to do so. Thanks for all your support over the years. I will post updates here.

You can start preparing your ITR on Quicko. As mentioned, we’ll be live with E-filing for both ITR-2 and ITR-3 by next week.

If I use gmail account to login, I can’t enter the filing screen. On pressing “get started”, it gets into an infinite loop between accounts.quicko.com and it.quicko.com.

Here are a few possible solutions to the issue:

1. Logout once and login back.
2. Hard refresh the page (Ctrl+ Shift + R)
3. Clear the cache from the browser and try again.

If I login with username password, it logs in but I notice that the feature to pull details from ITD is not yet available (it says coming soon). It is already 21st of June. Not sure, how much longer to wait.

The Autofill feature is live now for importing your deductions, tax credits, other incomes and bank accounts.

Hi @Jack_R,

Currently, onboarding using Autofill has not been enabled, however, you can proceed with the ‘Do it myself’ option and use the Autofill feature to fetch details from the ITD.

You’ll be able to autofill your deductions, tax credits, other incomes and bank account details. It’ll be shortly available across other sections as well.

Guys…please use cleartax to file your taxes. It is awesome and there are no issues in filing your returns. I used it by myself. Quicko just sucks.

Extending the deadline by a few more days is acceptable, but I am concerned about whether you will be able to meet the commitments. The initial release date for prefill ITD was set for the 20th, but it has already passed. Btw why did you guys changed a product which was working so good?

Does cleartax have facility for fetching Capital gain and Trading data from Zerodha or other brokers?

Yes… clear tax works fine.

Looks like quicko is as buggy as Zerodha

I think that depends in where the broker is maintaining the trades. These websites just import the reports that the brokers generate. The tax P/L report. so techcnically they import from the brokers.
