You should see expenses mapped to direct expenses on product. In turn they are mapped to trading account in ITR JSON.

Both instance are 0 in the filed ITR, while I was able to see them in @Quicko pages while I’m preparing.

This looks like a private link. I can’t access it.

Hi @Abhinav_Gupta,

You’ll have to add the assets and liabilities related to the trading business. This could be your bank balance, any assets if you have purchased them for trading or liabilities like a loan taken for trading.

Hey @Wal,

Please drop us an e-mail with the registered e-mail, along with the JSON file. We’ll get this checked asap.

Added the JSON to the ticket that was created by the initial email @Quicko.

@Quicko @vishvajit_sonagara Hey, I have to update something on my ITR-3 that I have already filed with quicko. It says coming soon!

Will this be activated before 31st July?

Hey Quicko,

Query 1: While filing ITR3, in BFLA, my speculative loss figure is shown as LTCL; my STCL is shown as my speculative loss, and LTCL figure is totally missing. Kindly clarify and suggest when I should go ahead with ITR filing with you?

Query 2: I have speculative loss for current FY and previous FY. Quicko by default selects the option of ‘Regular books of account’, which was not the case last FY (when i checked). Kindly suggest if maintaining books of account is correct for me?

ITR-3
I have F&O losses in AY 2022-2023 and AY 2023-2024. I want to adjust the losses against the current year’s total income other than salary income. Where do I specify that I want to use the brought forward losses from AY 2022-2023 to adjust to the current AY’s income?

Any resolution @Quicko

Hey @Vishnuteja,

Yes, this feature will be available within this week.

Hey @Pratik_Gujral ,

You can add the brought-forward losses by navigating to file> additional incomes > brought-forward losses. You can use the autofill feature to directly fetch the data from ITD.

Hi @sameer_ranjan,

Please drop us an email at [email protected] along with this error report. We shall resolve it for you asap.

Can you please share your ticket number here? Unable to find the ticket.

@Quicko I everified my return.
I wanted to cross verify the filled data in itr site but when I opened the filed return as a revise return, all sections are completely blank.
And also when I tried downloading the filed itr from your site it is just showing “failed to download”, now I am stuck because we could not also file revised itr yet through your site!!!

Hi @Quicko,

I am still not able to adjust my brought forward losses (BFL) in ITR-3. I see BFL, but my BFLA is zero. I have non-salary income that can be adjusted against the BFL. But the BFLA is showing zero, and I am unable to change the value.

CYLA looks okay to me. After current year loss adjustment (CYLA), I still have non-salary income that can be adjusted against brought forward losses (BFL). However, BFLA is zero, and I am unable to change that.

Please help.
