Quicko scruwed big this time.
Nothing is working properly. Not even able to fetch details from ITD also.
I tried to fetch salary details a few times today and it say âThere are no salary to import
You can add your salary manually to proceed.â
Trying to contact âHelp Centerâ and it is asking for login. I donât know password (I always connected through Zerodha) so trying recover password but no emails are coming to password reset.

Were all 3 points highlighted by you was an issue?
Are they resolved, especially the brokerage one do I need to re import the P&L from zerodha so that quicko import brokerage as an expense?

E-file failing citing DOB mismatch. Error json says DOB mismatch between IT portal and Quicko but I double checked this and the snapshot is attached along with the ticket. When I checked the ITR json downloaded from quicko it doesnât match with the DOB in quicko acccount.

Support person from quicko gave a silly response "The following error is due to the fact that the entered DOI/DOB entered does not match the details as per PAN. Kindly re-verify the same and the error shall not persist. " Please check asap as time is running out.

Our team had checked and found that you had entered incorrect DOB in profile section on Quicko. We have sent you an email with the probable resolution. Once you make the necessary change, you will be able to file your taxes.

@Quicko Thanks for the reply! I checked again. Quicko profile DOB is exactly same as that in the IT portal. Somehow what you see in the backend and in the json is not consistent with the user profile DOB value. I emailed back with the screenshot and the details.

There is a technical issue. Your team helped me out here by manually editing the json. Thanks for the timely help!
how did you edit the json? i did one edit it was giving me error about hash not being right looks like json is edited?
I tried that myself first with a text editor and didnât work. Quicko did that and shared the json with me. Not sure how or what they used to edit it.

This sounds horrifying! Reading it made me anxious, though I have nothing to do with Quicko (I file my taxes myself, using the online ITD portal).
Did you manage to find a way out of this situation?
