I guarantee you one thing… if you try to focus multiple things you will not achieve excellence… Just study through zerodha varsity and do you research…take help from youtube free videos and do not even try to attend paid webinars because they all are shit, follow risk management… Everything will fall in place…

yup, i totally agree with you. because in the name of paid course they will sell just crap. Best teacher is Karthik Rangappa who have already curated an amazing course from beginner to advanced as in Varsity. Just go thoroughly through varsity and then try to implement them and market will teach you the remaining lessons.

If you are really keen to attend a course then I would suggest you to try out no.13 Jegan’s Option Trading Workshop. If this doesn’t help you then nothing can. And unless you try out someone you wouldn’t know.
I am suggesting Jegan because he seems to be the only genuine person to me. So if you really want to pay for a course then you should try him. In any case it must be your first and last course, otherwise you will be trapped in the never ending cycle of courses & workshops.

Self Education of the market is the best education. Read a few books on the market (Not any book on any single topic like options or pattern, you can go for it after you have understood the basics and made the decision what to do…)

All the above trading courses are the viewpoints of the respective individuals providing the courses, each putting forward his own learnings through trial/error/judgement/experience.

You might align with one of the viewpoints of the presenter but unless you act precisely as they teach you can’t hope of making money and even if you do, can never do so in the long run, for you can’t clone the individual’s thoughts while taking the trades in the ever changing market conditions. Moreover you can’t be sure if your trading style would be in sync with the course/courses you see and even then if you are intelligent enough to discern the genuine from the crap, half of the courses are filled with.… :+1:

So until and unless you learn the basic nuances of the markets and make your own choices through trial/error and experience you can never survive for none of the 429 (so called courses) presented by you teach you anything about the market except their own viewpoints. :wink: :sweat_smile:

I have spent more than 4 lakh on training. simple answer is if there is a paid course. don’t take it. except for basic understanding of what you are looking for. Udemy has cheap basic courses. don’t try to learn trading and investing form someone else. Youtube, google, investopedia all these are free and worth more than any course.

If you are new, Start with Zerodha Varsity. no other source is as simple as varsity.

I’ve taken Super trader lakshya course and its really one of the best course as it covers right from very basic to advance. It’s not just limited to price action or technicals. He has put in his effort to teach from his experience and make you understand how not to just blindly follow strategies. Very few people talk about impact of how sentiments affect market movement and this course has really given me good learning and boosted my confidence. You can try for this, won’t regret if you take it.

Bro, if you’re just starting out, go through Zerodha Varsity, then decide what sort of trading style you want to follow. For e.g. if you’re into positional trading, no point in studying intraday or scalping. If you’re into options trading, no point at looking stock trading. Not that it will not help, just that you will be overwhelmed. There is no holy grail, only a trade setup and system that you ultimately develop to suit your style.

There are tonnes of guys selling their courses, make it a point over the next few years of your trading journey, to allocate 10% of your profit to learning something new, by then you will hear about good traders and their courses.

If you have some cash to spare, go to LearnApp, and listen to some traders there.

There are tonnes on YouTube for free (but don’t waste too much time there), remember they’re not doing it for charity - either they want to sell you a course, mentorship, membership or indicator, or even want to push a stock or mutual fund, so that they make money while you trade through their brokerage affiliate links.

So far i learned stock trading myself , if Government hands over stimulus check’s , i would learn all the courses and becomes master of all above courses and start my own courses like in Mutual funds , 'Funds of Funds " :thinking:
