from a zerodha pov this would be beneficial to zerodha imo,given the amount of new people that have gotten into trading over the last two years if zerodha implements this and advertises well lot of people who work desk jobs and are returning to office will shift from other platforms to zerodha to protect their positions from the prying eyes of coworkers.Especially in india where office politics is rampant and extremly toxic.
1.) Kindly add both āPercentageā as well as āAbsoluteā change in scrips in Kite Market Watchlist in the Web version (as given in Kite App).
2.) Also please make both the web version and app version the same, features wise,
like āInvested amountā in each stock is shown in the App but not in the Kite Web.
3.) Similarly some indicators are missing in Kite App, like Anchored VWAP.
There is no sync between the two platforms. Kindly work on it.
These are some of the long pending demands and not something which may require 2 years to implement.

yes, this is on our to-do list. this will be available soon.
We always try to keep the kite web and app consistently. Kite web has a current value that is not available on the app. Changing this will break UX, Will check what we can do about this.
Due to some touchscreen-based challenges, chartiq latest version was not pushed to the kite app. The latest version is in the testing phase. The same should be ready for the kite web and app soon.

This will come under algo trading so brokers arenāt directly allowed to provide it. You can build a simple code for yourself though.

It looks good for my strategy. I have backtested it. And its not a compulsory feature. You can choose not to have a MTM sl but some of my strategies would work really well with this concept.
Hello, is there a way to see the weightage of holding with respect to overall portfolio on kite, I know we can do in console.
It will be great if 2 small things can be added
- Display weightage of stocks w.r.t holding portfolio
- To filter on the basis of TAG we have created in Console.
@Bhuvan are these considered in past or thought about, will be great to manage holding if implemented in Kite.
Tags are coming to kite in the next update. Just that we do not know if the next update is this month or next year
Can we expect kite web to show absolute change in stock price beside % change? Its frustating without this for so longā¦

Can we have margin increasing day with expiry day in each script and commodity, that will helpful to traders to close the postion before physical delivery.
Feature Request:
Paid support: I understand, that due to limited support staff, Zerodha takes time to resolve our query. It would be good, If Zerodha can provide instant or priority support, and of course charge a fee for it.

Ah, TV alerts are different from what we have to offer which is built by us. We will not be able to offer both.

We reviewed this request again recently, adding an additional data will clutter the current Marketwatch, we need to redesign the complete Marketwatch to accommodate this which is the reason for the delay.
