This is already on our todo list, we will show a dropdown in the column title and switch between absolute P&L and percentage.
Do the same for kite app also. I don’t have to use another app. Also provide rtgs and NEFT account details in kite.
As for coin,
Provide epfo, and export of external fund’s through mf central which is cost low and feasible I think.
Another feature is import of mutual funds into CSV.
Hi Manu,
We show the day’s change percentage in the holdings tab already and you can see the absolute value over hover.
The account details are available in this link. This page is accessible from the Kite Add funds page as well. Given that we received majority either through UPI or netbanking, we don’t have the account details displayed prominently yet easily accessible for those who need it.
Coin App Updates
1. Day’s P&L:
The Coin App portfolio summary now displays live Day P&L, showing the profit or loss change compared to the previous day. It is calculated by comparing the current portfolio value with the portfolio value from the end of the previous day (T-1 day).
2. Last Selected CAGR Duration on Funds Page:
When a fund is selected from the Discover page using the filter, the CAGR displayed on the fund page will automatically use the duration chosen in the filter. This ensures that the CAGR shown is consistent with the filter selection applied when choosing the fund.
3. Share Option for Mutual Funds:
A new feature in the Coin App now enables users to share mutual fund scheme details directly from the scheme page. The scheme links can be shared via platforms like WhatsApp, Instagram, Twitter, or copied and shared elsewhere.
4. Mandate Text Overflow Fix on SIP Page:
The issue where mandate names overflowed from the mandate box on the SIP page has been fixed. Mandate names and details now appear clearly and entirely within the mandate box.
5.We have started sending app notifications to clients for
a. SIP order trigger
b. SWP order trigger
c. STP order triggers
d. Conditional order triggers
e. Allotment update
f. Redemption order status update
g. The redemption amount credited to the bank account
6. Internal Enhancements on the Coin App:
Several internal updates have been made to improve performance and user experience. These include:
- Faster app startup under specific scenarios.
- Improvements in storage, navigation flow, and calculation logic.
Coin Web Updates
1. Daily SIPs Now Live on Coin Web:
Daily SIPs are now available on the Coin Web platform, allowing users to invest in mutual funds every day, including weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
2. SIP Modification Restrictions Removed:
All modification restrictions for SIPs have been removed. Users can now make changes without the earlier limitations, such as the “no modification two days before the SIP date” or the three-day restriction for AMC SIPs.
3. Increased Mandate SIP Limit:
Mandates for SIPs can now be created and linked for amounts up to ₹1 crore. However, we are currently addressing one minor edge case related to modification amounts which will be fixed shortly.
What is the point of letting a user pick CAGR of 5, 10, 15, 20 instead of letting me type in any decimal?
Having such fixed values is the most useless filter. Literally every debt fund is > 5 and < 10. So no point of even filtering. If I want debt funds > 7.5 I cannot do that now.
These are already live, as mentioned above; the Daily SIP feature will be launched by next week.
Will look into the possibilities and get back!
in Android?
I dont see the daily p&l on ios app. App is up to date
I’m not seeing it on android either. And Play store doesn’t show me any pending updates.
Coin app and web updates are mentioned separately, whatever app updates we have mentioned are already live on the Coin app.
Wasn’t Coin holdings supposed to show up on Kite? Has that plan been dropped?
App updates are not live, using latest version of ios app still I cant see these changes in the app @Neelesh @Anusha_Raju_Porwal
Could you please let me know which version you are on?
can you guys make exit load information simple, instead of wall of confusing texts.
Solution:
I agree that wall of text is too annoying but For every scheme it is different, there is no standard format I think?
I would rather read the actual text and understand than suffer due to wrong parsing.
